Emma Stoner is our first athlete to receive funding as part of our Athlete Support. Emma is an up and coming SL4 player at just 16 years old she is looking to reach her goal of representing GB in the Paralympics one day.

Emma's favorite event is Singles as it allows her to demonstrate her wide variation of shots across a full court and likes the challenge of moving her opponent around.

Emma is current triple champion at UK Para-Badminton Championships and number 29 in the world for Women's Singles and 56 for Mixed doubles.

Her favourite player is Loh Kean Yew and when she isn't playing badminton she plays the piano and trumpet and loves to bake.

We look forward to supporting Emma in her journey to reach her goals over the coming years and hope that the support received from ADBC will aid her in access more coaching and training opportunities.
